FitzMark, Inc. is seeking an LTL Operations Specialist to manage carrier and customer-facing tasks within the LTL department. You will handle conflict resolution, quotes, scheduling, and grow relationships with customers in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates will have tenacity and a passion for account success, with experience in logistics and customer service. The role emphasizes communication, problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required or equivalent.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.
• Minimum two years’ experience in logistics preferred, especially LTL.
• Minimum three years’ experience in customer service preferred.

Responsibilities

• Communicate professionally in person, over the phone, and via email to accounts, customers, and team members.
• Track growth or decline of managed customer accounts and identify new opportunities.
• Utilize TMS to enter bids and maintain communication with customers.
• Provide customers with quick, effective solutions if problems arise.
• Continuously build and increase industry knowledge.
• Be the main point of contact for customers.
• Assist accounting with invoicing problems as needed.
• Service multiple customer accounts concurrently and meet deadlines.
