Custom Complete is seeking a Senior Operations Representative to own the daily flow of customer freight from pickup to final delivery. You will coordinate with LTL carriers, agents, and customers to confirm pickups, monitor movement, and resolve issues with clear communication.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in LTL/logistics, a Bachelor’s degree preferred, and a proven ability to manage complex shipments while maintaining high service levels.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of relevant experience in LTL transportation or logistics operations.
• Bachelor's degree preferred; high school diploma or GED required as fallback.
• Experience coordinating high-volume shipments and complex accounts is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of LTL processes, carrier networks, and shipment lifecycle.

Responsabilités

• Oversee daily movement of customer freight from pickup through final delivery.
• Coordinate with carriers, agents, terminals, drivers, and customers to confirm pickups and deliveries.
• Track shipments, identify disruptions, and take timely action to protect service commitments.
• Review bills, PRO numbers, freight classes, and other details for accuracy; support process improvements.
