Qualifications

• Experience in transportation operations analysis within LTL or freight logistics.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel and SQL.
• Experience with data visualization via Tableau or Power BI.

Responsibilities

• Collect, analyze, and interpret LTL data to identify inefficiencies and improvements.
• Monitor carrier performance and service levels per contracts.
• Develop and maintain dashboards for real-time visibility.
• Collaborate with logistics, procurement, and customer service on process changes.
• Support carrier contract negotiations with data-driven insights.
• Forecast shipment volumes and plan capacity to optimize resources.
• Investigate delays, damages, or billing discrepancies and resolve.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices.
