The National Interscholastic Athletic Administrators Association (NIAAA) is seeking an energetic, highly organized, technology-oriented professional to serve as its Leadership Training Institute Manager in Indianapolis, IN. This full-time role oversees daily operations of the LTI and coordinates course administration, participant records, and credentialing for instructors.

Qualifications

• Associate degree required.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Experience coordinating educational programs, professional development, or nonprofit operations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the Leadership Training Institute.
• Coordinate course administration from registration to completion.
• Maintain participant records and credentialing.
• Print certificates and Years of Service recognitions.
• Support state coordinators and university partnerships.
• Provide member and instructor support with exceptional service.
