Job summary

• Oversee maintenance, development and operational support of the Institute-wide LMS (SAP-based).
• Advise on training strategy for Institute providers, including compliance training.
• Ensure delivery of exceptional customer service and staff performance goals.
• Collaborate with IS&T and training providers to implement upgrades and enhancements.
