Job summary

The Constructive Dialogue Institute, Inc. is seeking a Senior Program Manager to serve as the operational backbone of the Leadership Institute.

This full-time, remote role reports to the Vice President of Leadership Programs and drives the year-long engagement, including planning, cohort coordination, and reporting. You will manage scheduling, partner communications, and data reporting, while improving operating systems and templates to support senior higher-ed leadership across multiple

Qualifications

• 5+ years of program or project management experience in education, consulting, or nonprofit settings.
• Experience managing a multi-institution portfolio.
• Proven ability to identify and propose process improvements.
• Experience liaising with external partners.
• Data-driven with ability to synthesize findings into narratives.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Own the schedule and tracking for the LI year's arc, including summit prep and coaching sessions.
• Maintain deadlines across concurrent workstreams and cohort years.
• Track institutions' strategic priorities and flag risks.
• Design improvements to LI's operating systems and templates with the VP.
• Serve as primary contact for scheduling, onboarding, and follow-up across the full year.
• Field routine questions and troubleshoot logistics.
• Elevate opportunities to the VP.
• Coordinate meetings and information flow among VP and teams.
• Maintain program materials and resources.
• Model clear, professional communication with partners.
• Track pillar progress and coaching reflections.
• Synthesize cohort-wide data into dashboards and reports.
