Job summary

NIAAA in Indianapolis, IN is seeking a detail‑driven, collaborative Leadership Training Institute Manager to oversee daily operations of the LTI, administer course registration through completion, and drive continuous program improvements.

You will coordinate statewide course administration, maintain participant records, publish updates, support university partnerships, and provide technical assistance to state coordinators, instructors, and volunteers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Experience coordinating educational programs or nonprofit association operations is preferred.
• Outstanding organizational and project management skills.
• Excellent written, verbal, and electronic communication.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the Leadership Training Institute (LTI).
• Coordinate course administration from registration through completion.
• Maintain accurate participant records and course completion data.
• Print instructor certificates and Years of Service recognition.
• Publish quarterly State Coordinator newsletters and prepare newsletters.
