Job summary

Neurocrine is seeking a field-based professional responsible for a specific geographic territory and the successful promotion and growth of Neurocrine products. You will manage and develop long-term relationships with physicians, nurses, medical assistants, case managers and other customers to educate them on product benefits.

You will drive product acceptance through targeted education, manage territory strategies via in-person and virtual communications, and collaborate with managed care,

Qualifications

• BS/BA in science or related field + 4+ years commercial pharma/biotech experience.
• 3+ years specialty pharma or LTC/psychology/neurology sales desired.
• Master’s in science + 2+ years similar experience OR equivalent.
• Experience with specialty distribution preferred; psychiatry/neurology exposure helpful.

Responsibilities

• Promote Neurocrine products within a geographic territory and grow product adoption.
• Develop long-term relationships with physicians, clinicians, and payers.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration with Marketing, Patient Access, and Medical Science Liaisons.
• Maintain field presence Monday–Friday with occasional evenings/weekends.
• Uphold FDA guidelines and company values.
