Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain four-week staff schedules using an electronic system.
• Monitor schedules daily and arrange replacements for coverage gaps.
• Keep scheduling system up to date reflecting current staffing.
• Verify attendance and report absences or tardiness to HR.
• Coordinate time-off requests to ensure proper unit coverage.
• Develop positive interdepartmental working relationships.
