Job summary

Allied-Services in Scranton, PA is seeking a Staffing Coordinator to develop monthly nursing staff schedules and ensure proper ratios based on resident needs and acuity. You will assist with benefit time processing, coordinate coverage for call-offs, and monitor Kronos Dimensions for attendance and absence control.

Under the Staffing Efficiency Manager, you will liaise with Nursing Management to align staffing patterns, support HR processes for terminations and transfers, and provide timely data

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Additional education/training preferred with computer/mathematical concentration.
• Customer service related experience preferred.
• Computer skills with knowledge of Excel, Word or spreadsheet development is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with nursing staff schedules to ensure appropriate ratios by acuity and needs.
• Coordinate coverage for benefit time usage and call-offs to ensure smooth service on all units.
• Maintain communication with Nursing Management/Administration on staffing patterns.
• Record time and attendance in KRONOS Dimensions Payroll System and monitor Absence Control Guidelines.
• Support recruitment and retention efforts with administrative team.
• Process terminations/transfers or adjustments in partnership with Human Resources.
• Serve as liaison between staff and administration to address inquiries and concerns.
• Provide data and reports for labor and CMS staffing analyses.
