Job summary

Allied Services in Scranton, PA seeks a Staffing Coordinator to develop monthly nursing schedules ensuring proper resident care ratios. You will handle benefit time coordination, attendance tracking in KRONOS, and HR compliance while liaising with nursing staff.

Preferred is prior staff scheduling and customer service experience, plus proficiency with Excel and Word to support reporting and data needs.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Staff Scheduling Experience Preferred.
• Customer service related experience preferred.
• Computer skills with knowledge of Excel, Word or spreadsheet development is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop monthly nursing staff schedules ensuring proper ratios based on acuity and resident needs.
• Coordinate coverage for benefit time usage and call offs to ensure smooth service.
• Record time and attendance in KRONOS Dimensions and monitor absence guidelines.
• Provide data for labor and CMS staffing reports as needed.
• Assist with FMLA/LOA tracking and HR compliance under supervision.
• Act as liaison between staff and administration for inquiries and concerns.
