Responsibilities

• Create, maintain, and distribute monthly nursing staff schedules.
• Manage daily staffing adjustments and shift coverage needs.

• Partner with HR and nursing leadership regarding attendance policies and staffing processes.
• Prepare and submit payroll-related reports accurately and on time.
• Generate staffing and scheduling reports for leadership teams.
• Monitor open shifts, staffing levels, and agency usage.
• Support efficient day-to-day staffing operations in a dynamic healthcare setting.
