VDC Brand seeks a Long-Term Care (LTC) Pharmacy Strategist to lead and support LTC initiatives within independent community pharmacies. Hybrid work arrangement with 20–30% travel; central/eastern Pennsylvania is preferred.

You will be the expert on LTC operations, regulations, and reimbursement, helping pharmacies enter or expand in the LTC space. The role requires a PharmD with 5+ years of LTC experience, strong communication and program development skills, and the ability to collaborate with

Qualifikationen

• PharmD or equivalent with LTC pharmacy expertise.
• Deep knowledge of LTC regulations, documentation, and packaging.
• Experience with Medicare Part D, Medicaid, and third‑party LTC billing.
• Strong communication, project management, and stakeholder engagement.
• Willingness to travel 20–30% and work independently within community pharmacies.
