Job summary

PharmcareUSA is seeking a registered pharmacist to join our national LTC pharmacy team in the Phoenix area. You will oversee clinical operations, ensure accurate medication dispenses, and support pharmacy technicians.

We value strong communication, compliance with state boards, and a patient-centered approach. LTC experience is a plus; salary is based on experience and benefits include Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K, Life Insurance, and PTO for full-time staff.

Qualifications

• Must maintain current licensing by the state(s) in which he/she practices.
• Maintain required Continuing Education credits.
• Comply with State Board of Pharmacy rules and regulations at all times.
• Previous LTC experience is a plus, but not necessary for the right candidate.

Responsibilities

• Assist and manage pharmacy technicians as required and as necessary.
• Assist with phone calls, as necessary.
• IV experience a positive.
• Evaluate medication administration to verify that it conforms with the prescribers’ orders.
• Adhere with all compliance requirements.
