• Knowledge of Medicaid and Medicare systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversees transmissions of all Medicare, Medicaid, insurance, VA Billings, and private statements.
• Acts as liaison between family members and billing agencies regarding financial assistance.
• Onboards new teammates and supports a positive team environment.
• Provides compassionate care and supports patient-centered billing processes.
