American Senior Communities is seeking a Business Office Manager (Project Management) for Fairway Village. This role focuses on coordinating billing for Medicare/Medicaid, insurance, and private statements, while supporting a compassionate care team.

Qualifications

• Experience in a long-term care or healthcare setting with Medicare and Medicaid strongly preferred.
• Knowledge of Medicaid and Medicare systems.
• Experience in LTC billing including Managed Medicare and traditional Medicare.
• Customer service oriented with strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversees transmissions of Medicare, Medicaid, insurance, VA bills and private statements.
• Acts as liaison between families and billing agencies regarding financial assistance.
• Onboards new teammates and supports a collaborative office environment.
• Supports accurate and timely billing operations in a post-acute setting.
