Qualifications
- Nursing leadership with 5+ years in management
- Current RN license in the state of employment
- BLS and ACLS certifications from Vibra-approved vendor
- Ability to travel to multiple sites if required
- LTAC experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Direct and facilitate nursing and clinical services.
- Lead hospital decision-making and resource planning.
- Ensure staff competence, staffing for patient care, and clinical program development.
- Develop hospital-wide systems, policies and procedures; manage department budgets.
