Regency at Westland in Westland, MI is seeking an LPN Supervisor to oversee and coordinate resident care on assigned shifts under the Director of Nursing. This role supervises CNAs/STNAs, ensures care continuity, and supports residents, families, and staff.

Formación

• Current state license to practice as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
• Current CPR certification or CPR certification within 90 days of employment
• Minimum 1-2 years of nursing experience in long-term or sub-acute preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Supervises CNAs/STNAs and other staff providing direct care
• Plans, assigns, and directs work in alignment with resident needs and staff capabilities
• Prepares work assignments, adjusting for staffing levels and resident safety
• Receives staffing-related calls and arranges replacements as needed
• Completes performance evaluations for CNAs/STNAs
• Adjusts break schedules and resolves staff concerns
• Use independent judgment in accordance with company policies and applicable laws
