Royalton Manor in Michigan is seeking an experienced LPN Supervisor to oversee and coordinate resident care across shifts. You will provide clinical supervision to CNAs/STNAs, ensure continuity of care, and act as a key resource for residents, families, and staff, under the Director of Nursing.

Qualifications

• Current state license to practice as an LPN.
• CPR certification required or within 90 days of employment.

Responsibilities

• Supervises CNAs/STNAs and other staff providing direct care
• Plans, assigns, and directs work in alignment with resident needs and staff capabilities
• Prepares work assignments, adjusting for staffing levels and resident safety
• Receives staffing-related calls and arranges replacements as needed
• Transfers employees among units per staffing demands
• Completes performance evaluations for CNAs/STNAs
• Adjusts break schedules and resolves staff concerns
• Use independent judgment in accordance with company policies and applicable laws
