Royalton Manor in Michigan seeks an LPN Supervisor to oversee and coordinate resident care across shifts, under the Director of Nursing. You will supervise CNAs/STNAs, ensure continuity of care, and serve as a key resource for residents, families, and staff.

Responsabilidades

• Supervises CNAs/STNAs and other staff providing direct care.
• Plans, assigns, and directs work in alignment with resident needs and staff capabilities.
• Prepares work assignments, adjusting for staffing levels and resident safety.
• Receives staffing-related calls and arranges replacements as needed.
• Transfers employees among units per staffing demands.
• Completes performance evaluations for CNAs/STNAs.
• Adjusts break schedules and resolves staff concerns.
• Use independent judgment in accordance with company policies and applicable laws.
