Bayside Rehabilitation in Pensacola, FL is seeking a dedicated LPN Staff Coordinator/Scheduler who will develop and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly staffing schedules for RNs, LPNs, and CNAs. The role focuses on reducing overtime and ensuring compliance with state staffing requirements.

You will respond to call-outs, coordinate onboarding, and arrange shadowing/preceptor shifts while supporting new employees.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in healthcare scheduling or staff coordination (preferred in skilled nursing or long-term care).
• Proficiency with scheduling software, spreadsheets, and computer systems.
• Licensed LPN in the state of Florida.

Responsibilities

• Develop, manage, and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly staffing schedules for nursing staff (RNs, LPNs, CNAs).
• Manage the reduction of overtime, and ensure timekeeping accuracy.
• Ensure compliance with state regulations and facility staffing requirements for all shifts.
• Respond promptly to call-outs and find appropriate coverage to avoid staffing gaps.
• Support new employee onboarding by coordinating orientation schedules and shadowing/preceptor shifts.
