Job summary

Pensacola-Nursing-and-Rehabilitation-Center is seeking a reliable Labor Coordinator to oversee staffing and scheduling for nursing and support staff, ensuring the right people are in the right place each shift.

The role partners with HR to communicate staffing needs, interprets policies for nursing staff, and adjusts schedules to cover absences, while maintaining accurate attendance records and supporting a compliant, high‑quality care environment.

Qualifications

• Active CNA license is required.
• Proficiency with Excel and Word.
• Experience with scheduling software (Hosted Time preferred).
• Solid understanding of AHCA regulations.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and manage staffing schedules for nurses and nursing assistants.
• Partner with HR to communicate staffing needs and updates.
• Interpret HR policies for nursing staff; coordinate training schedules with the Director of Nursing.
• Adjust schedules as needed to cover call-outs, absences, and leaves.
• Maintain accurate records of attendance, time off, and recommend corrective actions when necessary.
