Job summary

BrightStar Care is seeking a Staffing Coordinator in the Miami area to align client needs with available caregivers. The role requires active Florida LPN licensure and strong customer service, scheduling, and communication skills.

You will collaborate with the team to ensure high-quality care and a seamless scheduling process. The position offers competitive W2 pay, weekly pay, PTO, mileage reimbursement, and mobile tech to access schedules and case documentation.

Qualifications

• Active Florida LPN License and in good standing.
• Experience in health care staffing or home care is preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish; strong written and verbal communication.
• Able to problem-solve and deliver excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

• Manage schedules for Home Care clients and staffing partners.
• Resolve scheduling and customer service issues.
• Communicate clearly with clients, field staff and colleagues.
• Answer phones and educate prospective clients on BrightStar Care fit.
• Participate in employee recognition activities.
• On-call rotation after hours to field calls and scheduling concerns.
