Qualifications
- Valid LPN license in Tennessee is mandatory.
- Minimum of 2 years working as a LPN is required.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and maintain staffing schedules for multiple facilities.
- Fill open shifts and manage staffing needs.
- Communicate with facility leadership and nursing staff.
- Monitor staffing levels to ensure compliance with regulations.
- Assist with onboarding new nursing staff.
- Maintain accurate staffing records.
- Respond to staffing emergencies as needed.
