Qualifications

• Ability to assess learning needs and plan programs.
• Maintain complete training records and reports.

Responsibilities

• Participate in facility assessments to determine staff knowledge and skills.
• Plan, schedule, conduct and oversee educational training and in-services.
• Review and update education to reflect current guidelines and policy.
• Assist with evaluating competencies and maintaining training records.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by DON or Administrator.
• Maintain confidentiality of protected health information.
