Decatur Wellness & Rehabilitation Center is seeking a Staff Development Coordinator (LPN) to join our care team in Decatur, TN. This full-time role focuses on planning, delivering and overseeing staff education and in-services to meet resident needs.

Qualifications

• Current unrestricted LPN license for Tennessee.
• Minimum 2 years of work experience as an LPN or RN.

Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, conduct and oversee educational training and in-services for all staff.
• Review and update education to reflect current guidelines and company/federal policies for long-term care.
• Maintain records and reports of trainings and evaluations.
• Assist with evaluating competencies and keep documentation up to date.
