• Must be a graduate of an accredited practical nursing program.
• Unencumbered LPN license with state board.
• IV therapy/management training as applicable in ND.
• Adequate CEU and competency training per department requirements.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments as ordered.
• Document resident interactions and outcomes accurately.
• Work as part of an interdisciplinary care team and communicate clearly.
