Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited practical nursing program and become licensed as an LPN.
• Associate degree in practical nursing preferred.
• Unencumbered LPN license with state board and CEU requirements.
• Minimum 400 hours of clinical experience as an LPN or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care under supervision in long-term care.
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered.
• Document resident care, outcomes, and interventions accurately.
• Communicate with residents, families, and the interdisciplinary team.
