Job summary

Angels Care Home Health in Omaha, NE seeks an LPN Scheduler to manage nursing visit schedules using Home Care Home Base. You will document patient schedules timely and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to coordinate care and communications with patients and referral sources.

Strong computer skills and Medicare knowledge preferred. Minimum 1 year home health experience; LVN/LPN licensure in state; valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of home health experience.
• Excellent computer skills required.
• Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Basic knowledge of scanner/fax/copier equipment.
• Phone etiquette skills required.
• Ability to take direction with a multitude of tasks.
• Typing ability 40-50 WPM.
• Knowledge of Medicare regulatory guidelines.
