American Medical Administrators MGMT Company is seeking an LPN Charge Nurse - Supervisor to lead a care unit with a focus on professional nursing, staff mentorship, and timely documentation. You will oversee the unit, coordinate with families and staff, and support orientation for new hires under the DON.

The ideal candidate will have an unencumbered LPN license, strong leadership, and excellent communication skills to maintain high care standards.

We are currently seeking a LPN Charge Nurse - Supervisor.

Job Responsibilities and Duties:

• Manage the unit with professionalism and adaptability

• Maintain exceptional documentation standards and adhere to required deadlines

• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and staff

• Train and guide employees until they are capable and confident in completing all necessary paperwork for the units

• Assist with orientation sessions for new employees under the direction of the DON

Requirements:

• The Charge Nurse (LPN) must demonstrate superior nursing knowledge and the ability to adapt quickly to high-stress situations. This role requires a positive, resilient leader who can successfully manage the behavioral unit while maintaining high standards of care and integrity.

• Current, unencumbered LPN license

• Strong communication and documentation skills

• Ability to remain positive and professional in high-stress environments
