Job Responsibilities and Duties:

• Train and guide employees until they are capable and confident in completing all necessary paperwork for the units

• Assist with orientation sessions for new employees under the direction of the DON

Requirements:

• The Charge Nurse must demonstrate superior nursing knowledge and the ability to adapt quickly to high-stress situations. This role requires a positive, resilient leader who can successfully manage the behavioral unit while maintaining high standards of care and integrity.

• Current, unencumbered LPN/RN license
