Prescott House (3) is seeking a dedicated LPN Charge Nurse – Supervisor to lead our unit with professionalism and compassion. You will manage the unit, ensure accurate documentation, and communicate effectively with residents, families, and staff.

The role requires a current LPN license, strong leadership to mentor and train staff, and the ability to stay positive under pressure while upholding high standards of care.

Requirements:

• The Charge Nurse (LPN) must demonstrate superior nursing knowledge and the ability to adapt quickly to high-stress situations. This role requires a positive, resilient leader who can successfully manage the behavioral unit while maintaining high standards of care and integrity.
• Current, unencumbered LPN license
• Strong communication and documentation skills
• Ability to remain positive and professional in high-stress environments
• Leadership skills with the ability to mentor and train staff
• Commitment to resident care and upholding unit integrity
