Job summary

Piercehbrv is seeking a dedicated LPN Charge Nurse to join our faith-based organization dedicated to caring for the caregiver so they can care for our residents.

You will deliver medications and treatments, monitor resident conditions, support activities of daily living, and maintain clear documentation while collaborating with interdisciplinary teams. Active LPN license required; LTC experience preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• Active LPN license in good standing in the state of practice.
• Experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting is preferred but not required—we’ll invest in the right heart and mindset.
