Job summary

Lakewood Post Acute & Rehabilitation in Colorado is hiring LPNs for PRN shifts (6am-6pm and 6pm-6am). You will provide nursing care in a skilled nursing unit and may supervise nurse assistants, administer medications, and perform treatments.

Lakewood Post Acute & Rehabilitation is Hiring LPNs!

Shifts: PRN 6am-6pm - PRN must be available to work 4 shifts per month including 1 weekend shift per month PRN 6pm-6am - PRN must be available to work 4 shifts per month including 1 weekend shift per month

Lakewood Post Acute & Rehabilitation specializes in 24-hour skilled nursing and short-term rehabilitation.

Our facility boasts state-of-the-art private recovery suites, with personal on-suite showers and bathrooms.
