Job summary

Lakewood Post Acute & Rehabilitation is hiring LPNs to join our skilled nursing team in Colorado. Full-time day and night shifts are available, with weekend rotations, and PRN options for good availability.

Expect to provide LPN nursing services in a skilled nursing unit, potentially supervising nurse assistants, performing medication passes and treatments, and delivering compassionate resident care in a supportive, growth-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Current, unencumbered LPN license in CO.
• Experience in post-acute or skilled nursing facility a plus.

Lakewood Post Acute & Rehabilitation is Hiring LPNs!

Shifts:

• Full-time, 6am-6pm with a weekend rotation
• Full-time, 6pm-6am with a weekend rotation
• PRN, 6am-6pm or 6pm-6am with good availability

Lakewood Post Acute & Rehabilitation specializes in 24-hour skilled nursing and short-term rehabilitation. Our facility boasts state-of-the-art private recovery suites, with personal on-suite showers and bathrooms. Lakewood Post Acute is a beautiful facility, but we're not just awesome on the outside- we make sure our staff feels valued on the inside.

Successful Candidates:

• Current, unencumbered license to practice as an LPN in CO
• Experience in post-acute or in a skilled nursing facility a plus!

Rate $30-$40/hour
