Job summary

Highline Post Acute is hiring LPNs to join our care team. Full-time roles include 6am-2pm Tuesday-Saturday, and 10pm-6am Sunday-Monday-Tuesday or Wednesday. Part-time 10pm-6am Tuesday or Wednesday. We value empathy, teamwork and quality resident care.

Provide nursing services in a skilled nursing unit; may supervise nurse assistants, perform medication passes and treatments. Current unencumbered LPN license in CO; SNF/post-acute experience a plus. Rate: $30-$40 per hour.

Qualifications

• Current unencumbered LPN license to practice in CO.
• Experience in a post-acute or skilled nursing facility is a plus.
• Provide LPN nursing services in a skilled nursing unit or facility, may supervise nurse assistants, administer medications and treatments.
