Lakewood Post Acute & Rehabilitation is seeking Registered Nurses for part-time day and PRN shifts in Lakewood, CO. Positions include Saturday-Sunday 6am-6pm and PRN availability with at least four shifts per month, including one weekend shift.

The facility provides 24-hour skilled nursing and short-term rehab in a modern setting. Eligible candidates hold an active CO RN license, with post-acute or SNF experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Active CO RN license.
• Experience in post-acute or skilled nursing is a plus.
• Ability to work 6am–6pm weekends or as PRN.

Responsibilities

• Provide RN nursing services in a skilled nursing unit; supervision of nurse assistants; medication passes and treatments.
• Collaborate with care team to ensure high-quality resident care.

Lakewood Post Acute & Rehabilitation specializes in 24-hour skilled nursing and short-term rehabilitation. Our facility boasts state-of-the-art private recovery suites, with personal on-suite showers and bathrooms.

Successful Candidates:

Current, unencumbered license to practice as an RN in CO Experience in post-acute or in a skilled nursing facility a plus!
