Lakewood Post Acute & Rehabilitation is hiring LPNs for part-time and PRN shifts (6am-6pm) with weekend availability. We provide 24-hour skilled nursing and short-term rehabilitation in a state-of-the-art facility.

Successful candidates must hold an active CO LPN license; prior post-acute or skilled nursing experience is a plus. We offer competitive pay and benefits including health, vision, and dental for full-time staff, 401k matching, PTO, sick leave, and ongoing training.
