Job summary

Amberwood Post Acute is seeking LPNs for part-time shifts in Colorado. Roles include nursing services in a skilled nursing unit, with potential supervision of nursing aides and medication administration.

Applicants must have an active CO LPN license and prior LPN experience. Post-acute facility experience is preferred but not required. Rate ranges between $30–$38 per hour, with competitive benefits available for full-time positions.

Successful Candidates

• Current, unencumbered license to practice as an LPN in CO
• Must have experience working as an LPN
• Experience in a post-acute or skilled nursing facility preferred but not required
• Rate Range - $30-$38/hour
