Qualifikationen

• Licensed in the state of practice (LPN or LVN).
• Minimum 1 year of home health experience.
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple assignments.

Aufgaben

• Schedule visits for patients and adjust for staff absences.
• Coordinate with field staff, patients and physicians to ensure continuity of care.
• Assist with office operations and staff management.
• Prepare and review scheduling reports.
• Support during busy periods and route clinical information as needed.
