Job summary

Eagle Ridge Post Acute in Colorado is hiring weekend LPNs for 12-hour shifts (6am‑6pm and 6pm‑6am on Saturdays and Sundays). You will provide nursing care in our skilled nursing unit and may supervise aides while administering medications and treatments.

Qualifications

• Current, unencumbered LPN license in Colorado.
• CPR certification is required.
• Ability to pass a criminal background check as well as Colorado CAPS background check.
• Experience in LTC/SNF is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide LPN nursing services in a skilled nursing unit or facility.
• May supervise nurse assistants, medication passes and treatments.
• Administer medications and perform treatments as prescribed.
• Collaborate with the care team to implement resident care plans.
