Job summary

Hilltop Park Post Acute is hiring LPNs for part-time shifts. Openings include 6am-2pm on Saturday, Sunday and Monday, and 10pm-6am three nights per week with weekend rotation.

Provide nursing services in a skilled nursing unit, supervise nurse assistants, administer medications and treatments. Qualifications

• Must have an active LPN license to practice.

Successful Candidates:

• Current, unencumbered license to practice as an LPN in CO
• Experience in a post-acute or skilled nursing facility a plus!
