Job summary

Eagle Ridge Post Acute is seeking a Part-Time Weekend LPN to join our skilled nursing team. Shifts are 12-hour on Saturdays and Sundays, 6am-6pm or 6pm-6am, with responsibilities including nursing services, supervision of nurse assistants, and medication passes in a skilled nursing unit.

Applicants must hold a current Colorado LPN license and CPR certification, and be able to pass state background checks. LTC/SNF experience is a plus, and the role offers weekend scheduling with competitive pay

Qualifications

• Current, unencumbered Colorado LPN license.
• CPR certification is required.
• Ability to pass a criminal background check and Colorado CAPS background check.
• Experience in LTC/SNF is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide LVN/LPN nursing services in a skilled nursing unit or facility; may supervise nurse assistants, perform medication passes and treatments.
• Support care plans and collaborate with the nursing team to ensure high-quality resident care.

Successful Candidates:

• Current, unencumbered license to practice as an LPN in Colorado
• CPR certification

Rate Range: $28-$38
