Job summary

Eagle Ridge Post Acute in Grand Junction, CO is hiring PRN LPNs and Full-Time LPNs for day and night shifts. You will provide LVN/LPN nursing care in a skilled nursing unit, supervise nurse assistants when needed, administer medications, and perform treatments to ensure high-quality resident care.

Qualifications

• Current, unencumbered license to practice as an LPN in Colorado.
• CPR certification.
• Ability to pass a criminal background check as well as Colorado CAPS background check.

• May include supervision of nurse assistants.
• Medication passes and treatments.
