Job summary

Eagle Ridge Post Acute is seeking a Part-Time/PRN LPN to provide direct resident care under the supervision of licensed nurses. Shifts include 6am-6pm and 6pm-6am on Saturdays and/or Sundays, with a focus on compassionate, high-quality care.

Candidates must hold an active Colorado LPN license and CPR certification, and be able to pass a Colorado CAPS background check. This position offers competitive pay and the opportunity to join a supportive, growth-oriented team.

• CPR certification required.
• Ability to pass background checks including CAPS background check.

Successful Candidates:

Current, unencumbered license to practice as an LPN in Colorado

CPR certification

Ability to pass a criminal background check as well as Colorado CAPS background check

Rate Range: $18-$25

Possible pay increase after 60 days for no call offs
