Job summary

Lakeside Post Acute in Colorado is hiring LPNs for full-time or part-time shifts. Provide LVN/LPN nursing services in a skilled nursing unit; may supervise nurse assistants, administer medications and treatments.

Qualifications

• Current, unencumbered LPN license to practice in Colorado.
• Current CPR certification.
• Ability to pass a criminal background check (Colorado CAPS background check).
• Experience in LTC/SNF is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide LVN/LPN nursing services in a skilled nursing unit or facility; may include supervision of nurse assistants, medication passes and treatments.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Document care provided and patient responses; maintain accurate records.

• 1 Full Time or 2 Part-Time 6:30pm-6:30am Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Saturday
• Full Time: 6:30am-6:30pm Saturday, Sunday, Monday
