Lakeside Post Acute is hiring LPNs to provide skilled nursing care in our facility. You will perform nursing services, administer medications, and collaborate with a professional team to maintain high-quality care. We welcome applicants with LTC/SNF experience and a compassionate mindset.

Competenze

• Current, unencumbered LPN license to practice as an LPN.
• Current CPR certification.
• Ability to pass criminal and CAPS background checks.

1 Full Time or 2 Part-Time 6:30pm-6:30am Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Saturday

Full Time: 6:30am-6:30pm Saturday, Sunday, Monday

Successful Candidates:

• Current, unencumbered license to practice as an LPN in Colorado
• Current CPR certification0am
• Ability to pass a criminal background check as well as Colorado CAPS background check
• Experience in LTC/SNF is a plus!

Rate Range:

$30-$40
