Job summary

Eagle Ridge Post Acute in Grand Junction, CO is looking for an LPN/LVN to provide nursing services in a skilled nursing setting. The role may include supervising nurse assistants and performing medication passes and treatments, contributing to high‑quality resident care.

Qualifications

• Current, unencumbered LPN license to practice in Colorado.
• CPR certification required.
• Ability to pass Colorado CAPS and criminal background checks.

• Provide LVN/LPN nursing services in a skilled nursing unit or facility; may supervise nurse assistants, administer medications and treatments.
• Work in a collaborative, supportive environment with focus on care quality and resident well‑being.

Shifts: PRN 12-Hour Shifts, 6am-6pm & 6pm-6am

Successful Candidates:

Current, unencumbered license to practice as an LPN in Colorado

CPR certification

Rate Range: $28-$38
