Job summary

Community Care, Inc. is hiring a compassionate LPN for pediatric private duty care in Vandergrift, PA. This full-time overnight role runs Thursday–Monday, 10:00 PM–6:00 AM with one-on-one care.

You will assist with ADLs, monitor vitals, perform g-tube care, and administer medications, while collaborating with family and the care team. Requirements include PA LPN (or RN) license and CPR certification; 6+ months home-health experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Current LPN (or RN) license in Pennsylvania.
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• At least 6 months of nursing experience (home health preferred).
• CPR certification.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
• A caring heart and passion for pediatric care.
