Peregrine Senior Living in Delmar, NY is seeking a Part-Time Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our care team. The shift is 7am-3pm with every other weekend, offering $25.00-$30.00 per hour based on experience, plus shift differential for night, evening and weekend shifts.

You will support residents with activities of daily living, monitor medications, ensure regulatory compliance, and document changes in condition per PSL policies, while delivering compassionate, elder-focused care.

Competenze

• Licensed Practical Nurse with a current license in good standing.
• Minimum of one year of experience serving a senior population.
• Compassion for and desire to work with elderly, required.

• Ensure compliance and understanding of all regulations regarding residents’ rights.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, changing of bed linens, positioning, transfer, mobility, and incontinence care as needed.
• Assist in monitoring medication programs.
• Dispenses medication in accordance with physician orders and as stated on the Medication Administration Record for all residents.
• Monitor and report any resident changes in condition in accordance with rules and regulations and PSL policies.

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Responsibilities include:
